Do you have a targeted date by which you would like to be finished with the transfer? Is text delimited data readily available from your vendors or IT people?  Do you have a continued for new issuance that you would continue as an origination partner? Is the portfolio revolving or installment credit? Does it include a collection and chargeoff file with it? Is the portfolio being sold as servicer-released?
